Heavenly Father,
I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I need your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead to give me eternal life. Today, I repent of my sins and turn to you. I ask you to come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior. I surrender my life to you, and I choose to follow you from this day forward. Thank you for saving me and giving me a new life in Christ.
